Fifteen years in the same neighbourhoods means most of what goes wrong in these houses has gone wrong before, in a house down the road. That is the difference between diagnosing a problem and guessing at it, and it is most of what you are paying for.
The same standard, house or job site
Commercial work gets inspected before it is signed off. Somebody whose job is finding faults looks at it, and it either passes or it does not. The residential work is held to that same standard, because it is the same people doing both. We are licensed and insured. The licence is a Certificate of Qualification in the plumbing trade from Skilled Trades Ontario.
What fifteen years gets you
